Valerie Benita Brown was born to the late

Frank Herman Law Sr and Helen Alice Law

on October 18, 1960. She grew up in

Jacksonville, Flordia.

Later in life she met and married

Arthur James Brown Sr,

and to this union was born one child James Arthur Brown Jr.

• On September 15, 2026 God called her

home. She preceded in death by: her

parents Frank Herman Law Sr and

Helen Alice Law and Husband

James Brown Sr.

She is survived by

her son James Brown Jr

Frank (Fannie) Law Jr, William Law,

Dean (Bridget) Law,

Grandchildren,

Layla Brown and Arianna Brown,

A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
